Pentagon and Singapore Forge AI and Defense Partnership, Sign Key Agreements to Boost Interoperability

Singapore’s involvement in the RIMPAC exercise and hosting of the Shangri-La Dialogue were noted.

A memorandum of understanding on defense innovation and a supply chain security arrangement were signed.

Joint training efforts and a shared vision for a free and open Indo-Pacific were emphasized.

Both nations expressed mutual appreciation for each other’s leadership in advancing defense cooperation.
